SGR Terms and conditions

1. |
The property is offered for holiday rental
subject to confirmation by the owner (“the
owners”) to the renter (“the client”) |
|
|
2. |
To reserve the property the client should
complete the online booking form at the time
of payment of non refundable deposit (20%)
The owners will send email to the client as
official confirmation of booking. If full
payment is not received within 6 weeks of
arrival, the booking will be cancelled and
deposit will be lost. Last-minute bookings
(1-6 weeks before date of holiday) will
require payment in full. |

3. |
In the event of cancellation the following
conditions apply
20% deposit will be lost if holiday
cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival
50% will be lost if holiday cancelled
between 4-6 weeks before arrival
75% will be lost if holiday cancelled
between 2-4 weeks before arrival
100% will be lost if holiday cancelled up to
2 weeks before arrival
All cancellations must be received in
writing/email by the owners |

£75 Compulsory Breakages Deposit required on
arrival. This will be returned approx 2
weeks after departure. |

|
5. |
The client is strongly recommended to
arrange a comprehensive travel insurance
policy including cancellation cover and to
have full cover for the party’s personal
belongings, public liability etc as these
are NOT covered by the owners’ insurance.
Our local representative/owners accept no
liability for personal injury during the
rental period although every effort is made
to ensure that the property is in perfect
condition for the duration of your stay, the
owners cannot accept responsibility for any
third party claims, accidents, damage or
loss, however they were caused. |

6. |
The apartment will be available after 2pm on
day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am
on day of departure unless otherwise agreed
in advance with owners |
|
|
7. |
Clients must ensure that children are not
left alone in the property at any time.
Neither are they allowed access to the pool
area unless accompanied at all times by a
responsible adult. |
|
|
8. |
The client shall report to the owners,
without delay, any defects in the property
or breakdown of equipment or appliances in
the property so that arrangements can be
made for repair or replacement as soon as
possible. |

|
9. |
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, Smoking is
allowed in the garden, or around the pool
area. No pets allowed |
|
|
10. |
We reserve the right to refuse admission or
remove guests who do not follow our booking
conditions or while on the premises
illegally possess or deal in controlled
substances or are intoxicated, profane,
lewd, or brawling; who indulge in bad
language, misconduct or disturb the peace
and comfort of neighbouring homes, does not
vacate the property at the checkout time
unless an extension of time is granted by
us. Refusal of admission or removal from our
property shall not be based upon race,
creed, colour, sex, physical disability, or
natural origin. |

11. |
If you lock yourself out of the property
there will be a call out charge of 15-20€ If
we are unable to gain entrance into the
property due to keys being left inside the
lock we may need to call out a locksmith and
all charges will be passed on to the renter.
Renters are responsible for the replacement
of lost Keys (25€) or damaged Remote Garage
Fob (100€) |

12. |
Our onsite representative/owners shall not
be liable to the client:
a) for any temporary defect or
stoppage in the supply of public services to
the Property, nor in respect of any
equipment or appliances in the Property,
garden or swimming pool.
b) For any loss, damage or personal
injury which is the result of adverse
weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or
other matters beyond the control of the
owners.
c) for any loss, damage or
inconvenience caused to or suffered by the
Client if the Property shall be destroyed or
substantially damaged before the start of
the rental period and in any such event, the
owners shall, within seven days of
notification to the Client, refund to the
Client all sums previously paid in respect
of the rental period.
d) The guest is hereby made aware
that on the complex there will be other
homes/apartments under construction. Our
Agents and/or the owner will not accept
liability for any complaints arising from
construction.
e) Our onsite representative/owner
will not be liable for any loss due to noise
or disturbance from anywhere within the
vicinity of the property. |

13. |
The property is to be occupied only by those
whose names appear on the booking form and
will not exceed 4 persons. Our onsite
representative/owner reserves the right to
refuse admission to any person whose name
does not appear on the booking form. |
|
|
14. |
All cars parked either in the designated
garage space or within the complex are left
at the car-owner’s own risk. |
|
15. |
Roda Golf & Beach Resort is an ongoing
development and there is currently some
construction work on site. This is not in
the vicinity of the apartment and we believe
it will not disrupt your stay in any way.
However, for the time being, we have decided
to reflect this fact in the prices we quote. |
|
16. |
By payment of the rental deposit, the client
accepts that these terms and conditions have
been read and accepted. A copy of these can
be sent separately by the owners on request. |
